The most spacious of all the Polarisworld Resorts, the first thing that hits you when entering this resort is the spacious feel between the properties. This resort is spaced out over a huge area with all apartments having a fantastic Frontline Golf View. The resort is dominated by it's 18 hole Jack Nicklaus Championship Course. This winds through the middle of the resort, with a perimeter road giving access to the properties. The properties are in the style of white-washed 'Colonial-Style' buildings. The Build Density is exremely low and the resort has ample Green areas and parks aswell as the Golf Course.
It all comes together around a late 19th Century, colonial-style country house. It was the home of the Riquelme Family, descendants of Guillï¿©n Riquelme, a noble knight who accompanied King Alfonso X the Learned on his conquest of Murcia. It has been restored to create a fantastic 'Town Centre' incorporating a restaurant, Bar/Cafe, and Clubhouse. It also houses the resort's own Supermarket, open 7 days a week and very reasonably priced. In the peak months, nightly entertainment can be found in the 'Plaza' just outside the Clubhouse.
The resort can be reached within just 15 minutes of Murcia San Javier Airport and the beaches of the Mar Menor. It is situated 20 minutes drive from Murcia City and Cartagena with it's abundance of shops, restaurants, and marinas. Local 'safari parks' and water park are also within 20 minutes. Within the resort itself you can find Tennis Courts, Paddle Tennis, Basketball court, 5-a-side football pitch, and an outside gym - all free for owners. On top of this there are plently of large communal swimming pools.
Each apartment comes with Full Gas Central Heating, AC, a cable HD TV system (includung all UK channels), and unlimited broadband use. Each apartment comes with underground garage with remote access, with maintenace including fortnightly cleaning of stairways/communal areas, regular cleaning of the underground garages, on-site gardeners that constantly maintain the resort to a very impressive standard, and 24 hour security both at the entrance and within the resort itself.
