On entry to the property, you enter into a great sized hallway area. To the left you have large double doors leading to the bright sunny lounge. To the right you have a kitchen with seperate utility area. The kitchen is a great size with all white goods fitted, and has a separate utility room. The utility room has also had a window fitted to keep out any rain and dust from entering this area. The utility houses the washing machine, gas combi boiler (servicing your hot water and Central Heating needs), and any other bits and pieces you wish to store here.
Continuing down the hallway you have the new added storage cupboard to the right. This has been created by using lost space in the master bedroom and moving the original bedroom door to the left. It's a great addition and can also double as a great owners cupboard if you wish to store personal items in the event of renting the property out. The master bedroom is the next door on the right. As you enter, the modernised en-suite is directly to the front of you. The bath has been taken out with a large walk-in shower added with new wall tiles and inlets created to store your bathroom shampoos etc. The sink/mirror has also been replaced and the original bidet taken out to create more space. The bathroom also has a large window.
The master bedroom is a great size and the smaller windows have been replaced with large french doors giving much more light into the bedroom and of course giving you direct access to the garden and beautiful pool area.
