The property has had lots of modifications throughout. It sits on a corner plot with a very unusual wide side garden. It is Frontine Golf with amazing views over the Nicklaus Golf Course.
Walking into the Houese brings you to a small hallway with the lounge directly in front. To the right is the open plan kitchen which has been completely upgraded/modernised and the utility room from the kitchen has been glassed in making this area weather-proof and is where you will find the gas boiler and washing machine.
From the Lounge you have a large terrace area which has also been enclosed with 'glass curtains' meaning you can open it up or completly enclose it - making this a fantastic social entertaining area all year round. Into the light and airy bedroom you will find the en-suite to the right. The bath here has been replaced with a large walk-in shower with the shower area having also been re-tiled.
On to the terrace area the views are stunning - directly across the Nicklaus Golf Course. An open roof with awning has been added here for the warmer Summer months, and to the side of the terrace has been made into a 'chill' room. This has been roofed in permanently (concrete) which in effect has made another room. Glass Curtains has also been added to the sides making this room a completely seperate area if wanted (would be very easy to make this a 3rd bedroom if wanted). Finally, the black metail railings around the terrace have been replaced with a more modern 'glass screens' all around the terrace.
The house has had a lot of modifications throughout, and has also had solar panels fitted both above the pegola parking area and on the roof of the house itself making the electric bills extremely low. There is also an EV plug fitted in the driveway area!
