This is a lovely apartment, with probably some of the best views of ANY resort that you will find.
The open terrace faces South West ensuring all-day sun from the afternoon to Sunset! It also has that all-important awning to protect you in the hotter months meaning you can enjoy the terrace all year round.

On entry to the apartment, the fully fitted kitchen to the left comes with all white goods, and comes furnished throughout.
The lounge is directly ahead and comes fully furnished and is completely 'turn-key' ready for the new owners to enjoy immediately. There is modern inverter units (hot and cold) in the lounge and master bedroom.
The lounge comes fully furished including a chaise Lounge with storage iunderneath and also pulls out as an extra bed for any extra visitors you may have meaning it can sleep up to 6 people. Bedroom 2 has been set us as a Twin and again is a lovely bright room with integrated wardrobe. There is pre-installation of AC meaning you can fit this easily if wanted in the near future.

There is a family bathroom between both bedrooms and the bath has been replaced with a great sized walk-in shower, and has had an electric towel rail added.
The large terrace has stunning views over the Lake and Nicklaus-Designed Golf Course and is South West-West facing, meaning all day sun - not forgetting these terraces are completely open for sun-lovers to enjoy.
There is also an infiity pool below to cool down in those warmer months - with the Town Centre's large supermarket and the Resort's Town Centre a few mins walk away!
