The resort of United Golf is maintained meticulously. The Golf Course is currently closed (thus the price), but there are many courses to choose from within a 10 min drive. Nobody can guarantee if the Course re-opens, although we believe it will at some point. At this price, and with this spec and pools, sports facilities, gym etc it is a fantastic opportunity. The beaches of the Mar Menor are 20 mins away, as is Murcia International Airport. Alicante Airport is within an hour. This is a must for a viewing. The resort has a tennis court, gym, bowling green and multi-purpose pitch as well as multiple pools. If you are looking for a low-priced yet high spec property on a quieter resort but within a very short driving distance of towns/beaches/Golf Courses/Airport you should view this!
