A small Spanish village located 25 minutes from the Coast of the Mar Menor and the Airport of Murcia. A very typical village with a few bars/restaurants, hairdressers, Ice Cream factory, and other facilities. This is a smaller Resort of villas/apartments that were built to a very high spec. All properties come with marble flooring, fully installed AC/Heating system and internal vacuum system!
The Golf Course is currently closed thus giving an opportunity to buy at this Resort at extremely competitive prices. Please note that although the Course is currently closed the Resort is still kept to a very high standard....multiple pools and sports facilities are all available here, and the maintenance and cleaning team keep the Resort extremely clean and tidy. Nobody can confirm if the 9 hole Course will re-open with 100% certainty but we believe that it will indeed re-open in the near future.

There is a good community here with Summer Fiestas and very small community fees mean this is an inexpensive option to run yearly. You are still within a 20-25 minute drive to the beaches of the Mar Menor and the International Airport of Murcia. Also only 20 minutes from Murcia City and a large waterpark.
The resort of United Golf is maintained meticulously. The Golf Course is currently closed until new owners are found (thus the price), but there are many courses to choose from within a 10 min drive. The beaches of the Mar Menor are 20 mins away, as is the Airport of Murcia. Alicante Airport is within an hour. The City of Murcia is 15 mins away. There is nothing on the market at this spec! This is a must for a viewing. The resort has a tennis court, gym, bowling green and multi-purpose pitch as well as multiple pools. If you are looking for a high spec property on a quieter resort but within a very short driving distance of towns/beaches/Airport you should view this!
