SUCINA

A typical Spanish Town which has grown in recent years due to it's location directly next to the Polarisworld Resort of Hacienda Riquelme and the Resort of Peraleja Golf.
The Centre of Town has a small 'square' with original old church and various bars and restaurants . There is also a large supermarket, banks, Chemists/Pharmacies and lots of other various shops.

It also has a Medical Centre and school. This small Town has grown a lot over the years, and a direct link motorway takes you to the beaches of the Mar Menor and various shopping centres in 15 minutes by car.
The new International Airport of Murcia is approx 15-20 minutes away.

If you wish to live in a traditional Town, as opposed to a Resort, and be able to walk to lots of facilities this is definitely worth a look! Properties here tend to have little - no community fees as well.
